    (Soft Corporate Offer)
    Présente la capacité d’offre (nom du produit, spécifications, origine et port d’embarquement, production mensuelle et quantité totale disponible, quantité minimale de commande [MOQ], prix et modalités de paiement).

  • Acheteur : LOI
    (Letter of Intent)
    Indique l’intention d’achat (produit, spécifications, quantité, prix, port de destination, méthode de transaction et modalités de paiement).

  • Vendeur : FCO
    (Full Corporate Offer)
    Offre officielle ferme et contraignante émise par le vendeur.

  • Acheteur : ICPO
    (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order)
    Ordre d’achat irrévocable émis au vendeur.

  • Les deux parties : SPA
    (Sales and Purchase Agreement)
    Contrat commercial signé sur la base de la FCO et de l’ICPO.
